Urgent Message from the President
We would like to express our deepest condolences to the victims of the Noto heavy rain that occurred in September 2024. We extend our deepest sympathies to the injured and affected people, their families, and all those concerned.
We are sorry to hear of the heartache of those who have again been affected by the torrential rains in the midst of recovery from the Noto Peninsula earthquake that struck in January 2024.
Kanazawa University is committed to supporting the recovery and restoration of the university from the earthquake and the torrential rains, with the entire university working closely with all students, faculty, staff, and victims.?
