On September 19, H. E. Dr. Gabriel Duque, the Columbian Ambassador to Japan, visited Kanazawa University and delivered a special lecture titled “Columbia Today: Culture, Economy and Society.” A very lively question and answer session followed.
Prior to the lecture, the Ambassador paid a courtesy visit to President Koetsu Yamazaki, and there were positive discussions about the history and the current situation in Columbia and the exchanges with Japan.
