On Wednesday, June 11, Ms. Pornpit Somwong, Minister Counsellor (Education) of Royal Thai Embassy to Japan, and 2 other delegates paid a courtesy visit to President Yamazaki. At the meeting, there was a discussion about the intake of Thai government-sponsored students at Kanazawa University, as well as the possibility of further exchanges with the institutions of higher education in Thailand. The meeting was a meaningful opportunity for both parties.
Also, during the visit, Ms. Pornpit toured Kakuma Campus and attended a meeting with the Thai international students at Kanazawa University.
