On July 31, Kanazawa University and Cheng Kung University in Taiwan concluded the Agreement on Cooperation and Exchange with our Faculty of Law (Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences), School of Law (College of Human and Social Sciences) and the Graduate School of Human and Socio-Environmental Studies.
Before the conclusion, Professor Yue-Dian Hsu and Shu-Chin Kuo from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan paid a courtesy visit to Vice President for Research and International Affairs Yamazaki. Three other faculty and staff members of our university were present at the meeting, and there was a discussion on the promotion of exchanges based on the Agreement concluded that day, and the participants shared ideas on concrete student and research exchanges in the future.
After the signing ceremony, a memorial symposium on “Internationalization of Law School” took place, and there was a presentation by our international student and a lecture by Dr. Kuo. Many faculty members and students attended the symposium, and questions, answers and information were actively exchanged to promote the future interaction.
