President Shin-ichi Nakamura and Vice President Koetsu Yamazaki visited Lao People's Democratic Republic, and they concluded the Partnership Agreement with National University of Laos on December 26 and with University of Health Sciences on December 27.
Both universities are top universities in Laos, and it is the first time that concludes the Partnership Agreement with universities in Laos. There is much anticipation for the promotion of further exchanges.
